What a refill is
A promise: if your count drops below what was delivered, within a set period, the shortfall is re-sent free.
Periods you'll see
- No refill ⚠️ — cheapest; drops are your problem
- 7 / 15 / 30 days — short campaigns
- 60 / 90 / 99 days — seasonal pages
- 365 days — main brand pages
- Lifetime — as long as the service exists
How to request one on SMMJet
When an order on a refill service completes, a ♻ Refill button appears in My orders. Tap it when you see a drop. Its status shows next to the order.
When refill is worth paying for
If the account is your business, your main creator page or anything you'll keep for over a month — yes. For a test page, no.
What refill doesn't cover
- Drops after the period ends
- Orders on a link you changed or deleted
- Accounts made private
