Frequently asked questions
Everything people usually ask before and after their first order.
Account & payments
Do I need to verify my email or phone?
No. Sign up with an email and password and start ordering immediately.
What's the minimum amount I can add?
₹100. There's no maximum within reason; large single payments may need splitting depending on your UPI app's limits.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay and every bank's UPI app.
My payment went through but my balance didn't update.
Wait a few minutes — bank confirmations occasionally lag. If it's still missing after 30 minutes, open a ticket with the amount, time and reference.
Can I withdraw my wallet balance?
No. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable and can only be used for orders. They never expire. See the refund policy.
I forgot my password.
Contact support from the email you signed up with and we'll reset it for you.
Orders
How long until my order starts?
Most services start within minutes to an hour. The service name shows the typical start time and daily speed.
Can I order for an account that's private?
No. The account or post must be public until the order completes.
Can I place two orders on the same link?
Wait for the first one to finish. Running two orders on one link at the same time can confuse the start count and cause partial delivery.
What does 'Partial' mean?
The network delivered part of the order and stopped. The undelivered part is refunded to your wallet automatically.
I entered the wrong link. What now?
If the service allows cancellation, cancel it from My orders. Otherwise open a ticket quickly — once delivery starts it usually can't be redirected.
Quality & safety
Are the followers real?
They're accounts, not humans who'll buy from you. Quality ranges from basic global accounts to Indian accounts with posts and stories — each service name says what it is.
Will my account get banned?
We never log into your account, so there's no login risk. Platforms may remove accounts they consider fake, which shows up as a drop — that's what refills are for.
What is a refill?
A refill period means that if the count drops within that time, you can request a top-up for free from your orders page.
What's the difference between 'non drop' and 'refill'?
'Non drop' describes how stable the service has been; 'refill' is a promise to replace drops for a period. A refill is the safer guarantee.
