Wallet top-ups are non-refundable
Once money is added to your SMMJet wallet, it cannot be refunded to your bank account, UPI or any other payment method. Wallet balance is a prepaid credit that can be used for any service on SMMJet. It does not expire.
That's why our minimum top-up is low (₹100) — so you can try the service before adding more.
When you get money back in your wallet
Even though top-ups aren't refundable, you never lose money on orders that don't deliver:
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| Order couldn't be placed | Full charge returned to wallet instantly |
| Order cancelled by the network or by you | Full charge returned to wallet |
| Order partially delivered | Undelivered part returned to wallet |
| Count dropped on a refill service | Free refill within the refill period |
All of this happens automatically — no ticket needed.
When there's no refund
- Orders that were completed, even if the count later drops on a service without refill
- Orders placed on a wrong, private or deleted link
- Drops after the refill period has ended
Payment problems
If your bank was debited but your wallet wasn't credited, open a support ticket with the amount, time and reference. We'll trace it and credit your wallet once confirmed. Payments that genuinely failed are reversed by your bank, usually within 5–7 working days.
