You don't need to share screenshots or transaction IDs. If a payment is ever debited but not credited, raise a ticket with the time and amount and we'll trace it.

What happens if my order fails or gets cancelled?
The full amount goes back to your wallet automatically. If an order is only partly delivered, the undelivered part is refunded to your wallet.
Can I get my wallet money back to my bank?
No — once money is added to the wallet it can only be used for orders. That's why we keep the minimum top-up low at ₹100. See our refund policy.
