By creating an account or placing an order on smmjet.in ("SMMJet", "we"), you agree to these terms.
1. The service
SMMJet provides social media marketing services — such as followers, likes, views, subscribers, members and comments — delivered by third-party networks. We are not affiliated with Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Google, Telegram, X, WhatsApp, Spotify or any other platform. Those platforms can change their systems at any time, which may affect delivery speed or stability.
2. Your account
- You must give a working email address and keep your password safe.
- You're responsible for all activity on your account.
- One person may hold multiple accounts only for legitimate reasons (for example, separate businesses). Abuse of promotions or refunds through multiple accounts will lead to suspension.
3. Wallet and payments
- Funds are added through UPI. The minimum top-up is shown on the add-funds page (currently ₹100).
- Wallet balance is a prepaid credit for SMMJet services only. It is non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
- Prices may change at any time. The price shown when you place an order is the price you pay for that order.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes on completed top-ups may result in account suspension and removal of the disputed balance.
4. Orders
- You must provide a correct, public link. We are not responsible for orders placed on wrong, private or deleted links.
- Do not place more than one order for the same link and service at the same time.
- Start times and speeds are estimates. Delays can happen due to platform updates or network load.
- If an order fails or is cancelled, the charge is returned to your wallet. If an order is partially delivered, the undelivered portion is returned to your wallet.
- Refills are available only on services that list a refill period, and only within that period.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use SMMJet to harass people, spread hate, promote illegal activity, impersonate others or manipulate elections. We may refuse or cancel orders that we believe break this rule, and suspend the account.
6. Limitation of liability
Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMMJet is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, account actions taken by social media platforms, or any amount greater than what you paid for the specific order in question.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
