We keep data collection to what's needed to run your account and orders.
What we collect
- Account details: email address, an encrypted (hashed) password, and optionally your name and phone number.
- Order details: the links, quantities and services you order, and their status.
- Payment details: amount, status and the payment reference returned by the payment processor. We never see or store your UPI PIN, card or bank login.
- Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser) for security and abuse prevention.
What we don't collect
We never ask for or store passwords to your social media accounts.
How we use it
To run your account, process orders and payments, prevent fraud, answer support tickets and send essential service messages. We don't sell your data.
Who we share it with
- The delivery networks that fulfil orders receive only the link and quantity — never your email or name.
- The payment processor receives the amount and, where you've given them, your email/phone to complete the payment.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in and a small helper cookie that tells the site you're logged in. If analytics is enabled, it uses its own cookies to measure visits.
Your choices
You can update your profile at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by contacting support. Payment and order records may be retained where required by law.
