SMM Panel Order Statuses: Pending, In Progress, Partial, Cancelled

What every order status means and what to do in each case.

Status	Meaning	What to do
Pending	Order received, waiting to start	Wait — usually minutes
Processing	Accepted by supplier	Wait
In progress	Being delivered	Check remains to see progress
Completed	Delivered in full	Use Refill if it drops (refill services)
Partial	Stopped part-way	The undelivered part is refunded
Cancelled	Couldn't be delivered	Full refund to wallet
Failed	Couldn't be placed	Full refund to wallet

Start count and remains

Start count is the number when delivery began. Remains is how much is left. Final ≈ start count + quantity.

Speeds vary at peak times. If nothing moves for 24 hours, open a ticket with the order ID.
